Developing organizations

As a facilitator I help (complex, multi-national and/or multi-expertise) teams to get the most out of their time together. I facilitate teams to change, develop or succeed through project planning, strategy refinement & alignment, and/or the creation of action plans for specific results. Important in my approach as a facilitator is that besides facilitating the process, I coach the leader to step up and take charge, focusing on both business and people
